"We were quite shocked in a good way when we checked in. The condition, facility and decor were so beautiful. I would call it luxury apartment. Probably this is the first apartment I stayed in Italy which was not ruined by cheap plastic IKEA furniture. Room was spacious, the bathroom was also big. "Beautiful property in the heart of an amazing city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They made a delicious birthday cake for our son and we had a great evening in the restaurant with excellent food and service. One of our rooms did however smell of damp and the door didn’t lock properly, it is a cave but none of the other rooms were like this, it wasn’t pleasant but they happily moved us to another one. Small details could be improved, bathrobes worn thin and room service trays left in the rooms and only collected when repeatedly asked. Otherwise a gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. "
