The bunk room is through the garage with a door opening into the garage it also has a door to the outside. It may not be the best for littles unless there is an older kid staying out there. "The separate living areas were very nice. We had teenagers up to 70 y/o so the different areas were very convenient. Close to beach and a nice walk. Property management addressed our concerns quickly. The living room furniture was soiled and some of the beds were either broken or uncomfortable. The property could definitely use a thorough cleaning. "

"This is our second time to stay at this property, as we stayed last year with my brother. It’s a perfect house when you have your elderly parents with you. The location is perfect! The house was very clean, and the private pool is so nice. I’m sure we will return next year!"

"We stayed over the Thanksgiving break, and this home was perfect for my family + my brother + my parents. The grandparents appreciated having their own apartment downstairs with a full kitchen. We loved walking to the pool and hot tub and the beach every day. I like that there is no street parking in the neighborhood, but the 4 spots in the driveway allow each car in and out access at any time. The owners were responsive when we needed them. We would love to return. "

"The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our 11 guests, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining was large enough for everyone and easy to cook in having everything you needed supplied. The pool was a great retreat space and offered privacy for our guests that was far enough from our neighbors, so we didn’t disturb them either. I loved the short walk to the beach and not having to drive on the beach with plenty of places to rinse off without tracking sand in the...

"We enjoyed the place Nd the location to everything. The place had some repair issues that needed addressed, especially the top step on the way to the middle landing which was not completely nailed down. Drawers in the downstairs bathroom were off track and not functioning and my daughter was hit on the head by a falling window rod cover that was taped in place. Oytherwise several of the pots and pans were rusty beyond useable and the dishes were not all cleaned very well. "
