"When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. For what it’s worth, the help line was super friendly and did everything in their power to help. When we got in all the art work was missing off the walls. "While the property is peaceful and quiet, just minutes away there are so many fun, interesting things to do. We’ve stayed on several of the San Juan Islands, but San Juan Island itself is much more slow paced than most. The house has a beautiful, tranquil view, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and I am picky). "I gave a full summary to the property manager. He offered the cleaning deposit back. That’s fair. What’s not fair is paying nearly $900 for this place for two nights. Robbery. I’ll leave a full review elsewhere."

"Some windows did not lock & heaters were hidden n in a closet. No instructions for TV & VACSA never responded to emails! You are truly on your own! Beware of hidden costs like the hot tub that I did not use & had VACASA remove from bill"
