"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, communication about our stay was also clear and easy. There are numerous food offerings, a great cafe and taco spot, both adjacent to the hotel. There are a lot of stairs and the night life can be exciting, if you’re not into that, maybe find a more mainstream hotel. If you like a local vibe, this place is legit!! 10/10"

"Facilities and the property itself were absolutely beautiful with plenty of dining options. Rooms were nice but nothing special, the bathroom stood out as it was spacious and had full tub, large shower and enclosed room for the toilet. the rooms were cleaned twice daily which was nice and there was complimentary coffee in the lobby and by breakfast bar. The spa was expensive, but the treatment menu was unique and the facilities were beautiful. The area was close to old San Juan by uber. overall,...

"Although the Hotel and staff were amazing, the area were is located is not as inviting as your stay at the hotel. At night it’s a different life style not something I can really appreciate as I was warned about the area by my uber driver. And the power went out due to the horrible power company in the island. But the stay in the hotel was great best sleep in a while. The staff/ manager is amazing. Most important the hotel and rooms are very clean "

"Having booked for 4 nights post our cruise holiday, we were upgraded to a bigger room so that we would be more comfortable. And it was. The room was very basic but it was spacious with one double and one single bed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well every night. The services from all staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic as it was very easy to walk everywhere within the old San Juan. The rooftop area was nice to sit in the evening. "

"Friendly and kind reception. Could not have been nicer. Late check out fee very reasonable and the commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Out two bedroom room was awesome reasonably priced. The room had a bit of a condensation issue but that’s to be expected in the tropics. Other than that the beds were incredible comfy, balcony and roof terrace were great! I’d never want to stay anywhere else!"
