"Facilities and the property itself were absolutely beautiful with plenty of dining options. Rooms were nice but nothing special, the bathroom stood out as it was spacious and had full tub, large shower and enclosed room for the toilet. the rooms were cleaned twice daily which was nice and there was complimentary coffee in the lobby and by breakfast bar. The spa was expensive, but the treatment menu was unique and the facilities were beautiful. The area was close to old San Juan by uber. overall, the beauty of the hotel and the old luxury vibe is what stood out the most. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, communication about our stay was also clear and easy. There are numerous food offerings, a great cafe and taco spot, both adjacent to the hotel. There are a lot of stairs and the night life can be exciting, if you’re not into that, maybe find a more mainstream hotel. If you like a local vibe, this place is legit!! 10/10"

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accepting, and accommodating. I had pre-arranged for our room to be decorated before check-in, and they made sure everything was beautifully set up. Although the décor noted “30 years” instead of 10, it was still romantic and added a fun, lighthearted touch to our celebration. The club itself is a fantastic place, but what truly made our stay exceptional were Marc and Carlos. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made our trip truly memorable. Marc, your dedication and long hours do not go unnoticed—your passion and the relationships you build with customers are evident and deeply appreciated.
