The staff are professional and courteous, our room was spacious and very clean, cleaned on a daily basis and towels replaced. "We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"Too bad it was under renovation it would have been nice to have a bar on the premises. Dinner we had at san Marco at sister hotel restaurant was great. I wish the air conditioning had still been on. Staff was great and so helpful. Loved being on the canal and so close to San Marco square."
