Property was nice, but was downgraded from a king cottage to double queen room because of overbooking and wasn’t told about it. Tried to only pass off waiving the resort fee instead of about $50 instead of the $200 from the downgrade at first. Had to call them out twice to get them to give the refund. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else staying here.

Felt like the Staff just wanted you out there asap first place ive stay at that charge a incidental per night you stay so if its a week its a 700 dollar hold. My door wouldn't shut correctly

Nice property but showing its age. They are stingy with toiletries. We had to ask for more tp, cleanex, shampoo, body wash. Front desk was not responsive so we would track down housekeeping. The water in the jacuzzi was yellow but the pool was clean. This was our third time staying here and probably our last.
