"You absolutely should not book your stay with this property. We tried to reach the owner the prior day and the day of our arrival. We were unable to reach her. We went to the apartment complex, and only the apartment guard was finally able to reach her. When I spoke with her, she said that she was out of the country and not able to get the key to us.
