I would like to express my disappointment regarding the necessity to request and wait housekeeping for my room. Additionally, certain areas around the pool were lacking in adequate seating and tables, which hindered my ability to relax, I also experience a considerable wait for transportation. I hope these issues can be addressed. to enhance the overall guest experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Inn and would rate it a strong four stars. Unfortunately, the regular gym I had hoped to use during my stay was unavailable. My room was clean, though the bathroom showed some signs of wear. One of the highlights of my stay was the reliable internet connection, which was essential for my travel needs. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, exceeding the hospitality I’ve experienced at other hotels in Davao City. I must commend their exceptional service; even though they were fully booked online, I was able to extend my stay without any hassle, thanks to Jude's assistance. Additionally, the hotel's direct bridge connection to the mall added a layer of convenience that significantly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend the Park Inn to anyone seeking quality accommodation and a friendly environment in the area.
