"The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain. It was so disgusting. My husband had to clean the bathroom for us- I have never experienced something like this- obviously had not been cleaned at all! The bed was very comfortable but the pool was very dirty and not well maintained "

"The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking. When I showed them the confirmation number from hotels.com email., they still said the confirmation was incorrect. I think they brought the staff in from the rice fields for the day to expose them to new technology like paper and pencils. Wouldn’t...
