The thermostat did have a lock on the temperature and time, so it did get down to 66 degrees at night, until the lock time passed and we could control the temp, getting to warm up a bit to 70-72 degrees. "The listing had me at riverfront, but it was so much more than that. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the hot tub (sorry we used so many towels!) The river is beautiful, with many chairs to relax in. We regretted that there was an outdoor fire ban during our stay.Toasted marshmallows and a fire would've been great. But, I went to sleep every night to the sound of the river through the open window.Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!"

"The other reviews I saw gave this place a one star, this place was actually really nice and I don't really know why they thought it deserved such a low review. I only had to drop my review of it from 5 star because when I purchased my reservation it had 'Hot Tub' listed in the listing, which I am to gather from my conversation with the owner was a mistake. In any case, TL;DR, this place is very nice but does not have a hot tub but was listed with one when I made my reservation."

"This home is nestled into a beautiful wooded area along the Washsougal River. It was so peaceful and relaxing that we could have stayed another week or two. The log cabin is spacious and quaint. It provided everything we needed from a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of towels and chairs for hanging riverside. I enjoyed running along the winding roads that provided gorgeous views. We would love to come back and stay here again. We didn't want to leave!"
