"I liked the friendly staff, they met me at the curb and always held the door. The lobby staff were friendly, the room was clean and inviting. My favorite things were the free coffee (that’s so rare these days!!) and spending time in the library. Stunning!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt. The welcome we had at reception was warm and inviting and we checked into a perfectly clean and well sized room, with a kitchenette that suited our needs just right. We didn’t realise breakfast was included, thank you! Lovely surprise. The lobby area was relaxing and the location was spot on, walking distance to all the main spots in town. If I came back to Portland I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"The room was great! We had plenty of room for four. It was one of the biggest rooms we have had for the price. The only issue was checkin. They were understaffed and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get to our room. Normally, it wouldn’t be an issue, but we were exhausted. Even the lady at the front desk said they needed more help after 8 p.m. otherwise, it was a great. "
