"We love this hotel and have been coming here for many enjoyable vacations. The rooms are totally updated with lovely beach accents, flooring, and beds. The pool are is large and perfect for relaxing or having a drink at the tiki bar. The palm tree shaded sand walkway to the beach provides easy access to the sugar sand beach which is perfect for shell collecting. Overall highly recommended!"

"This unit isn't big, but we fit four adults and four teenagers. You can see the beach from every room in the house, and you can hear it from the fabulous porch. The screened porch was great to sit on & even sleep on through the night. Beach access was right outside the door over the private boardwalk. The pool was big and right outside the door also. The no-seeums and biting bugs could have been a deal-breaker, but the wind picked up for most of the week & kept them away for all but two days (another reason the porch was great). The beach is covered in shells, which my fam loved, but a pair of beach/water shoes is needed for most walks. The place was fun. Peace!"

"So glad to see Sanibel coming back to life after the devastation from the hurricane. What a little piece of paradise at Island Inn. The quiet private beach was amazing! Our room was clean and set up perfectly. With a beautiful view of the beach! We'll definitely be back one day!"

"Great location to enjoy the bay or the Gulf. Short bike ride for food, fun, or ice cream. Awesome quiet neighborhood. Nice storage area for bikes, floats, and fishing gear. Great place to clean shells, watch birds from the back porch, or play Cornhole. House had everything available, very clean, awesome master shower, and owner was very informative. Thanks for the stay."

"We stayed at the Sandpiper Ibis cottage#3 on 6/12/24-6/14/24 and we loved it! The cottage had everything we needed - only need to bring yourself, clothes, and food if you wish to cook. The cottage has an updated kitchen, living room bedroom and bathroom. The beds were SO comfortable!!! It's been a long time since I've slept so soundly and comfortably. They could use some fluffier pillows, as theirs were a little flat, but that didn't bother me since I brought my own pillows from home. Unfortunately it rained most of the time that we were there and part of the property in the back and some of the streets were a bit flooded so we were unable to use the bicycles, etc.. We did make it to the beach on our last day for a couple hours when there was a lull in the rain. However we still had a great time playing board games and watching movies indoors during the rain. Very cozy atmosphere. We did have a small pool of water from several days of rain accumulating in front of our door and had to call the office to let them know about that and they quickly sent out maintenance to take care of it and to provide a thick mat for the inside so we wouldn't wet the floor as we were going into the cottage. My husband and I are planning to stay in that exact cottage again in the future. "

"The property was clean, easy to find and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beach was private and a 2 min walk away and the sunset was breathtaking. I wish our whole trip was spent here."

"The room was amazing but the bed was to firm with flat pillows. Would return but bring our own pillows. Clean snd had lots of amenities "
