"This is a very comfortable, well located hotel, about 10 minutes walk from Aomori station. We had booked a Deluxe corner room so it was a large room with views towards the harbour and the bridge. There was a bonus evening drinks and snacks every night in the dining area as part of the booking. This was a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of restaurants in the main street, a block away. "

"The Hotel was good, the room.we had was very spacious. All the rooms have an air purifier/humidifier which I highly recommend using. The buffet breakfast was good and there was an explanation about the traditional breakfast. "While I booked a double-bed room, at check in, I requested a change to twin beds. I was shocked that the extra charge was ¥7,950. At another hotel in Aomori, I did the same and paid ONLY ¥2,000. This Route Inn charge of ¥7,950 was outrageous. As well the breakfast was terrible with very limited choice. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here. The bed was too hard too like I was lying on a concrete floor. "
