"Value for money. Not a single complaint. Front of house staff member was especially helpful / nice. "
"Easy check in. Parking was underground and they give you a ticket so you can go in and out as many times as you want. My car was small enough, but a large van might not fit. Best to call ahead if you aren't sure. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It is only five minutes walk to the train station and all public transportation to historic Potsdam, and to Berlin. Room was sparsely funished but the bed was comfortable. My room looked out into the courtyard and the window could open all the way which was nice. AC was basic - be aware that you can only control fan speed, and set the temperture +3 or -3 degrees from their base tempertature. "

The facility is clean and it is evident that the hotel is meticulously cared for.

The city bus tour and public transport are steps away. Be aware that this property has both a hotel and a "bed and breakfast" studio apartment option, I wish I had known. The studio building is a bit bleak, hotel is more charming. "
