"Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."

"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. "The property is located at a quiet smaller hillside town along Lake Como with 2 daily ferries.
