There is the main house - small kitchen/dining area leading to a large, covered outdoor seating area (also the main entrance to the house), bedroom and bathroom adjoining the kitchen/dining area with additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. "The place was ok, just not as great as we expected. It felt and smelled damp and musty (especially the beds) the entire stay, although we saw no evidence of mold or mildew. The hot tub didn't work for the first half of the week and when it did, the breaker tripped a couple of times. Also, a lot of gray area regarding the "private" beach.
