"Really lovely stay Had a room over the harbour so saw the Bastille day fireworks from the balcony. Some extra special staff - we travel a lot and they were 110%. "A disappointing stay at Salina Bay. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Check in is at 5pm, and there were no available rooms so had to wait an open ended amount of time. We didn’t get in the room until almost 6pm. There were no apologies whatsoever. The apartments are basic and uncomfortable, beds broken and creaking. "Basically good but lacking in certain areas. Only one toilet which is not mentioned in the details. Kitchen poorly equipped. As a self catering holiday, there is little space to store food. We had to request pool towels as there were none and were told that they do not normally supply them. We did receive 4. However a well situated house with fabulous views and great skies at night."

"Beautiful place, beach is amazing and the residence set up is very pretty. Personnel was also nice and caring. Things to be improved are the facilities: We found the room pretty dirty, with small bits of trash and hair around. There was no soap, shampoo nor trash bags, which you would expect for this price level."

A couple negatives- not enough pool chairs and beach chairs must be rented (40 euro/day). Beach restaurant and drinks are priced a bit too high.
