The entire condo is yours! The beach is a 5-7 minute walk, and there are two pools for guest use along with lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard courts.
Please note that this is a third floor condo and requires stairs. The balcony view is beautiful, but guests must be comfortable stairs.

*Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.
We have a very strict HOA that keeps our community safe and beautiful.
NO PETS: Please note, pets are strictly prohibited by the HOA, including service animals. Guests will be responsible for a $650 fee if any animals are found on the property. The HOA manager lives nearby and ensures that the property remains safe and pet-free.
PARKING: Parking is unassigned and utilized on a first come first served basis. No parking pass required.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The HOA strictly enforces a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Any additional guests staying on the property will incur a minimum $150 fee and may be required to vacate immediately without a refund.
Please treat the property with care and respect. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
No parties allowed. Guests violating this policy will be fined at the manager and HOA's discretion and may be required to leave immediately without refund.

We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
