"The hotel's view is aesthetically pleasing and the environment is tranquil. One minor inconvenience we encountered was the difficulty in arranging accommodations for my group of friends. The scheduling process was somewhat disorganized, and it took some effort to find a staff member who could assist us. Despite the staff's helpfulness, I was disappointed that they were unable to locate someone who could verify the availability of rooms for our group."

The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount. To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this. Incredibly nice people. The only thing is you are a bit removed from any other restaurants or food options, but one day we walked to Santa Cruz and it was a beautiful walk and got to have lunch at CECAP. "
