O primeiro quarto que eu peguei o banheiro estava sujo e o chuveiro não regulava a temperatura ou ficava MTO quente ou fria. O pior foi ter a indicação que tinha translado incluso e me cobraram quase 30mil pesos pelo serviço, um absurdo. Não teria fechado se tivesse que pagar pelo translado, tinha hotéis mais interessantes

Boa hospedagem!
O hotel tem uma excelente localização, próximo a metrô e a restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. Fica em uma rua muito segura também! Pegamos uma opção com 2 camas, achamos bem pequeno mas pelo preço que pagamos foi um ótimo custo benefício! Me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.

Tive um problema muito grave ao chegar às 5 da madrugada no local, exautos! E ser informada a que não seria possível fazer o check in! Mesmo a minha hospedagem já estando paga! Fui informada que como demorei para chegar, teria de aguardar meia hora para atualização do sistema. Isso é um absurdo! Você chega cansado de uma viagem e não pode entrar no quarto que já estava pago. Tentei por diversas vezes entrar em contato com a propriedade para obter respostas e fazer solicitações de preferência de quarto, porém nunca tive sucesso de conseguir uma resposta. Foi extremamente desgastante o check in.

Awful initially, great after.
The check in experience was awful! I booked a room with 2 beds, for a couple and a child. When we arrived at the room, there was only one bed. No one informed us the room we booked was not available and we had the terrible surprise when we got at the room. I went back to the reception and said there was no bed for my son. The employee said he couldn’t do anything and I had to talk to the manager the next day. So we had to sleep 3 people in one bed, with only 2 pillows!!! The next day the manager apologized, we were moved to the type of room I booked and we received a dinner invitation as an excuse. So, although the initial stay was terrible, it became pleasant after the second day. The locality is excellent, breakfast was very good and most employees are very friendly. I would recommend the hotel.
