"Péssima experiência, chegamos no local , quarto imundo com latinha de cerveja e lixo dentro. Os quartos pareciam abrigos de moradores de rua. Um banheiro minúsculo para todos os hóspedes, nao tivemos coragem nem de fazer xixi. Paguei 159 + taxa pet e simplesmente tive nojo de ficar no local. Jamais deixaria meus filhos ficarem naquele ambiente, tivemos que ir para outro lugar. Dimheiro perdido e so stress nao aluguem este local "

"Gostei bastante do hotel super atendeu as minhas necessidades e da minha família. Só algumas ressalvas que a cama para criança no quarto para 3 pessoas é uma bicama um pouco desconfortável. O estacionamento é pago a parte. Foi tudo muito bom , pena que choveu."

"Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful. "

"Whenever we have work events in santos we love to stay at this hotel because it’s so close to the beach however, in the 3 times we stayed here, if we stay longer than 1 night, the wifi doesn’t work for the rest of our trip. The TVs are connected to the wifi so you can’t watch anything or use the wifi on your personal devices. Definitely not ideal for work trips"

"Estadia boa, porém o número do apartamento era 32 e não 82 como descrito no anuncio. Apartamento espaçoso onde atendeu bem a minha família. Observação a ser considerada: mesa de jantar e cadeiras não muito firmes, mas atendeu. Válvula do vaso do banheiro da suíte estava sem funcionar, mas conseguimos arrumar posteriormente. De modo geral, o apartamento é muito bom!!"
