Room was clean and although a little small for three beds was fine. Did get a towel with a great big hole in the middle of it but replaced next day. Breakfast was good and great views from the terrace. Pool area small and on the day we were there not enough sun beds for all who wanted to use it (not helped by towels left on two beds and the owners did not return for the 3.5 hours we were sat there!). Location great for the start of the promenade and sea front. Steep hill to hotel but not very far and you can walk down the back road which is flat to reach the road that runs in line with the promenade. Great value stay.

Excellent service and accommodated our late check in. Convenient and easy to find with some free parking out front. Room had everything we needed and rooftop had some of the best views of Sarandë. The free breakfast was also excellent. Cleanliness at its best. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome!
This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the place is being constantly cleaned throughout the day. We arrived early on our first day, a good 3 hours before checkin time, yet they went out of their way to get the room ready within the hour. We went to the rooftop to get a drink while we waited, only to find that they had been kind enough to put our bags into our room for us, ready to unpack. The pool area is relaxing with enough sunbeds for everyone, and it also has a pool bar. The location of the property is perfect, less than 1 minute from the sea front and the beautiful promenade. There are lots of great bars and restaurants around. The location of this hotel means that it's close enough to the centre to avoid any noise during the night, ensuring you have a good sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony and air conditioning. We've had an awesome stay at Julia Hotel and would certainly stay here next time we visit Saranda. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. Thank you!

Lovely little hotel and very close to the marina/port (walkable). Breakfast was a let down and the pool was very small but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are also quite spacious (there were three of us). Would definitely recommend!

This is a brand new hotel. We were the first Expedia customers staying here. We were extremely happy with our stay. We had a great view of the water and harbour area of Ksamil. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was was one of best we had during our stay in Albania. The roof top restaurant has amazing views. It is also where you eat breakfast. The staff working there are also wonderful. They are personable and truly want you to enjoy yourself. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect overnight stay
We only needed a 12-hour stay, and Julia Hotel was a perfect choice. It was clean and well-located in relation to the port. The breakfast was quite good; the view from the restaurant was fabulous! The pool looked lovely, although we did not have an opportunity to use it.

We loved it here! Fantastic location - within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants along the promenade, 15a20 min walk to the port of Saranda. Rooms cleaned regularly, pool is nice (cosy and friendly but they still serve cocktails and play music), fantastic aircom and good quality beds to have a good nights sleep, Friendly staff who are willing to help. Breakfast is lovely (self service) and is served on the rooftop (hard boiled, scrambled and fried eggs, good selection of both sweet and savoury pastries, fruits, bread, toaster, different spreads like soft cheese and chocolate hazelnut and jam, cereals, yoghurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc.) Definitely worth a visit!! For food around town, I highly recommend Madfish (very flavoursome pastas, seafood and salads etc) and the Garden Tacerna (food is incredible but service is generally quite slow around Saranda so go an extra 30 minutes early so that you are prepared to wait. Rei cocktail bar was lovely and stunning views from the rooftop, also recommend Rox bar - very attentive service! Thanks so much to the Julia Hotel for an amazing stay - we are sure to come back and to recommend to friends.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Saranda mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Unser Sicht von dem Zimmerbalkon im 4. Stock auf die Stadt war perfekt. Ebenso das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Wenn die quirlige Stadt Saranda das Urlaubsziel ist, dann ist das Hotel Julia samt Pool eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Die Stadt ist zudem ein perfekter Standort zu Weltkulturerbe-Stätten wie Butrint oder Gjirokaster.

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits du 6 au 8 août. Lors de notre arrivée, l’hôte d’accueil nous dit qu’il n’a pas de réservation à notre nom alors que nous avions déjà été débités et que nous avions le mail ainsi que la réservation sur le site expédia avec les bonnes dates. Il nous dit qu’il n’a qu’une réservation du 7 au 8 soit une seule nuit sur les deux. Il ne restait plus de chambres à l’hôtel, il était 20h et nous n’avions nulle part où dormir, leur raison était « il y eu un soucis d’ordinateur, ce n’est pas de notre faute ni de la vôtre. » Ils ont cependant été réactifs pour nous trouver un hôtel pour le soir même, mais sans piscine alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ça. Il nous a tout de même proposé de venir se baigner dans leur piscine si on le souhaitait bien que nous n’étions pas dans cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel malgré qu’ils aient trouvé une solution car cela veut dire qu’il y a une défaillance au niveau des réservations, nous n’avons donc pas pu séjourner ici. Attention tout de même au parking, car même si nous avions eu une chambre il n’y a que quelques places et plus de dispo lors de notre arrivée, dans une rue bondée de monde et pas évidente pour circuler. Je vous conseille donc de choisir un autre hôtel.
