"People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The hotel and facilities were outstanding. But I did not like the LOUD music playing almost all the time. Started maybe at 11am continuing until maybe midnite. Not sure on the times, but closing the doors and windows did not help. Nothing to do with the hotel because it's like this all over Albania, but smoking in the public areas was annoying. Did not get the room I booked, Panorama Junior Suite Sea View. She said I booked that general category, not that room, but she switched me to correct room when I complained. The website is VERY misleading."
