"Reception check in to check out, the staff was very friendly and they offer a variety of activities daily. The transportation was a bonus and if you catch a gentleman driver by the name of Errol, know he is the BEST and actually his demeanor and genuineness made the resort better! It's a resort, I get it... but the amount of people at the beach entrance trying to sell you something was a tad ridiculous. Very safe grounds and never felt like there was a safety issue. The best part was the staff: Javier is the most helpful and beautiful soul I have ever met (reception), Jesus and Camila at the reception are very kind and helpful. Rodrigo at the aquatic is awesome and took great care of us. He arranged a boat for us to go island hoping which was the most incredible experience (Daniel and Pablo were the guides on the boat and were incredible). The whole experience at this hotel is a paradise dream. "
