"Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Could not be more convenient to the train and the waterfront. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Occasionally it could be noisy, as it’s on the hiking path, but it quiets down in the evening. It’s very small and there’s nowhere to hang wet coats/clothes after a rainy day, but hopefully most people enjoy it in good weather! "

"We enjoyed the property, which worked well for our group of 7. It was fairly represented. Our only issue, which did not affect our satisfaction was communication. After checking in we had some questions about use and some supply issues. Each time we called whoever answered indicated they only spoke Italian and hung up. The second number asked that we text, which we did. He responded once and brought an extra key, but never again. We got by and handled ourselves, but would have appreciate better...

What could be a language barrier (for english speaking guests) before is rather easily solved by google translator. Also, bear in mind, the location of the property assumes either short commute to the beach/centre if you will want to avoid the hike down/uphill or walking for about 18 minutes down and 25 minutes up the hill, if you want to avoid hassle with trying to find parking for...
