"First time hostel user (42f) The reason I put my age is because I've heard that some hostels cater to the younger 20s crowd. I did not feel out of place at all, being too old, or out or touch as I'd never stayed in a hostel before. They let me check in early as they had the availability after my 21hr train ride. Was such a blessing. There were options to have your own personal locker and space to put your things in the room. The bathroom was private in the room with a locking door. One towel...

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
