The space
This recently refurbished house consists of a lounge, complete with a flatscreen TV and free wi-fi, which leads into a kitchen diner, with patio doors looking out over the expansive family-sized garden and patio area. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and a large family bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and bath.
To the outside, the patio seating area wraps around a large grass garden, making it the ideal setting for soaking in the sunshine and enjoying a spot of alfresco dining, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the wide variety of birds that flock to the area. The house also comes complete with free parking for up to two large vehicles, as well as a secure garage - the ideal place for storing your bikes after enjoying a day out riding along one of the many breathtaking cycling routes.
The house comes with free parking for up to two large sized vehicles, located on premises, with plenty of free on-street parking also available directly outside.
With plenty of things to see and do right on your doorstep, you really are spoilt for choice but popular highlights would include: visiting Scarborough Castle (20 mins walk); taking a dive into Scarborough Sea Life Centre (5 mins walk); exploring Peasholm Park - home to the famous Naval Warfare where you can hire dragon pedalos and rowing boats (15 mins walk); catching a world-famous artist at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre (10 mins walk); attending an Alan Ayckbourn production at the Stephen Joseph Theatre (35 mins walk); swimming in the large outdoor heated pool or sliding down one of three large slides at the Alpamare waterpark (10 mins walk); or why not just simply enjoy a good old day down on the beach (5 mins walk)?
