"Situated in an apartment block with many local residents. Quiet and with immediate access to walks through the woods and to nearby towns. The kitchen is small and the bedroom very tight but all very serviceable. Host helpful and friendly. Organised passes for us, but not on site. A short drive to a pleasant town below and Triberg a few miles on has a lot to offer."

"Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen"

"Five of us stayed very comfortably. We could have easily had twice that many. There was a misunderstanding about towels and such. It was entirely my fault. This was my first experience with a self-service place and I didn’t read the instructions completely. Complicated by a bit of a language barrier. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"Die Wohnung haben wir für das zweite Mal gemetet. Meine Familie kommt immer wieder zu Besuch und wir hätten gern was geeignetes um was gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sonnig; mit einem schönen sonnigen Balkon. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Mit wenigen Minuten Fahrt ist man zum Supermarkt verbunden. "Die Betten (Schrankbett) waren mit insgesamt 1,60 m Breite für ein älteres Ehepaar sehr schmal. Der Wasserkran in der Küche an der Spüle war nicht gut angeschraubt und wackelte sehr stark. Eine Tür am Unterschrank der Spüle war defekt und fiel fast raus. Ansonsten lag die Wohnung sehr zentral und hatte einen großen Balkon."

"Fantastic house, stunning location. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 7 children without getting under each others feet. Manfred was excellent at communicating with us, very prompt replies with good advice. Mr and Mrs Hess were absolute stars, they couldn't have more patient with us non-speaking Germans and very charming couple. "Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende, bei Rosis Häuschen. Im Vorfeld wurde alles kommuniziert und genau so, lief es dann auch ab. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und auch bei einer Nachfrage wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde geantwortet. Zum kochen etc. war alles vorhanden, sowie Handtücher, Decken. Und auch an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht - mit Pfotentüchern und Näpfen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und glücklich! "
