This hotel served its purpose for our one-night stay during transit. The room was clean with basic amenities. Location was convenient near the highway with several 24-hour eateries nearby. Front desk staff were efficient during check-in/out.

Nice clean affordable motel ( there are 2 sections of the motel- 1 right on main road , another section about 1 minute down road which is where we stayed) Bed was very comfortable with good linens, bathrooms have not been updated but were clean and in good condition just a more retro vibe. We ate dinner at attached diner - was excellent and went back for coffee ( they import it from Italy) and take out breakfast the next morning.

This is our usual stop during our 2-day trips between Muskoka and Winnipeg because it is the only hotel in the area that allows pets. As usual, it was clean and affordable, with a comfortable bed, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the bathroom had been recently renovated. Our only complaint is that there were no bedside tables and only one chair.

The price was right! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location is odd, tucked in behind businesses that front onto HWY 17. It felt isolated and a bit sketchy. Also all the windows need updating. The 1970’s style security on them can easily be compromised… making it feel unsafe.
