"We stayed here for the weekend as a family with teenagers to visit the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The hotel has a modern quirky feel with the art on the walls and decor all around the hotel. For a large hotel it felt very cosy and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really good and we also had lunch in the bar on the first day which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again."

"The stay was very comfortable, no issues with the room size or features. The fitting in my room are nearing the end of life, so did not match exactly the photos on the site - but pretty close, just warn a little. Probably just from having so many people come and go. Location is excellent 2 U-Bahn stations are only minutes away so you can get on the Line 2 or Line 1&3 easily the centre is only 15 minutes away."

"Quick, courteous check in A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."

"A great location super rooms and fantastic staff at reception, they were always so helpful and the hotel should be commended for their reception team - first rate! The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch! If you enjoy breakfast, you're in for a treat... outstanding. "
