"Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way. "

"Not really appropriately advertised. Not an upscale property and doesn’t have all of the amenities listed. The WiFi doesn’t work, the pool bar was rarely open, breakfast wasn’t refilled daily. There was no shuttles to the town or to the beach as mentioned. There aren’t lots of restaurants nearby and it’s about a 40 minute walk into the town. We also had no safe in our room. "As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. "Extremely noisy. The live “animation “ outdoor, family friendly entertainment went until 1:00 EVERY night. Price was extra for AC, breakfast, and mandatory fee for beach and pool. Needs to be explained better in description. This is ideal for the family vacation since it is not near any public transportation so must have a rental car to see any of Sicily, but most families stay all day, all night. Not for the travelers who want to explore the island."
