"A bit out of the way, but the room is incredibly beautiful and the staff is so helpful and sweet. The views of Beppu, even from the first floor, are wonderful and the Onsen bath will be everything you hope for. That water comes straight from the natural spring, there is no question about it. "Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"ウェルカムドリンク、ウェルカムフードもあり楽しめました。夕食はワインなども飲み放題で、食事も美味しかったです。周りにはレストランなどが少ないので、此処に泊まるなら食事付きは必修かなと思います。また貸し切り露天風呂があったのも良かったです。別途のマットレスは残念ながら少し薄めで古いタイプのようでした。枕も低くて、横向きで寝ると肩に圧迫感を感じたり、首が少し痛かったりして寝心地はイマイチでした。改善して頂けると良いと思います。ウェルカムドリンクにはコーヒーがありましたが、食事の際にはありませんでした。特に朝食時にはあって欲しかったです。お部屋にもコーヒーが置いて無く、自分たちで持っていたコーヒーがあったので、それを飲むことに。ウェルカムドリンクは午後3時からだったので、朝コーヒーがあったら良かったなと思いました。"
