"It was convenient. The owner was always available. The air worked great. It is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom with an outside private shower. It had plenty of towels and paper products. The couch was very comfortable and large for my family to watch tv together. It was a good price. It had a large deck with a grill. "

The property is very clean, well priced, and we loved the big TV to watch football. The host was very kind and responsive. 100% recommended staying here if you are staying in St. Simon’s."

"Well designed piece of property provided a comfortable, safe, and esthetic enjoyment. I actually inquired if the owner had done the deocrating and redesign because it was so well done. We walked to the beach for sunrise and then walked the beach every morning...delightful. Although the street is busy, we never 'heard' the traffic or noticed it once inside. "This 2-bedroom cottage is well appointed and a perfect location to walk to the beach. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for any meal and the gas grill was great for making dinner of grilled fresh fish. Walking to downtown for restaurants and shops was easy and it is only a short walk in the other direction to more restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with this place and we will definitely be back. "

Our stay overlapped the hurricane that luckily went to the south but the owner was very flexible with check in and out to help us avoid the potential storm. Would strongly recommend if your planning a trip to East Beach. "

"The BIG surprise was in check in. I was expecting to pay $46 resort fee and it ended up being $61. They have a few more fees than last time, which was $38. This was a total surprise. The stay was nice, however the toilet was not bolted to the floor on both sides. It moved constantly. The floors seemed dirty."
