"Well designed piece of property provided a comfortable, safe, and esthetic enjoyment. I actually inquired if the owner had done the deocrating and redesign because it was so well done. We walked to the beach for sunrise and then walked the beach every morning...delightful. Although the street is busy, we never 'heard' the traffic or noticed it once inside. Walking distance to two restaurants some shoppes, beach and if you are a walker to the pier where shopping is. Exploring St Simon's...

"This 2-bedroom cottage is well appointed and a perfect location to walk to the beach. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for any meal and the gas grill was great for making dinner of grilled fresh fish. Walking to downtown for restaurants and shops was easy and it is only a short walk in the other direction to more restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with this place and we will definitely be back. "

"Our stay was terrific. It’s our 2nd time to this location and it was just as advertised. Our stay overlapped the hurricane that luckily went to the south but the owner was very flexible with check in and out to help us avoid the potential storm. Would strongly recommend if your planning a trip to East Beach. "

"We had a great stay at this property. We had everything we need to enjoy our vacation. The location is right around the corner from the beach entrance and is super easy to get back to for lunch or a midday nap. Since this is a one story unit you don’t have to worry about lugging all of your things up tons of stairs, which I love. Definitely within walking distance to restaurants and night life. The beach area was not crowded and the unit was very clean. "

"Clean property with fenced in backyard great for dogs. The outside attached gazebo/porch in the back is a fantastic extension of the house. Best part was the outdoor shower. The location is a short walk from Redfern village."
