"A great stay in Portsmouth for New Year’s Eve !"

"This place is so close to the beach that it was closer than the public restrooms. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Getting to the beach is a 2 minute walk...3 if you're a slow walker. We stayed in room 2. It's small but it has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you're so inclined, but why would you? You're on vacation. The bunkbeds are nice if you have kids. I'd only ask the owner to add some kind of rail for the top bunk. "Lovely studio and well appointed. The bridge is not open to vehicle traffic so this made the location more quiet than perhaps when open. Our GPS or Waze app did not pick up on bridge closure so we drove around a bit upon arrival to Portsmouth. "

"Location great. View from front window stunning. Deck on back not front of condo - view of water limited. Property owner very responsive. Property a bit more worn than photos depict. Needs screen on bedroom window and back door. Perhaps cleaning staff should more aggressively address kitchen floor, cabinets and drawers, soiled rug in living room, etc. Not deal-breakers - but needs a bit of TLC. "

"Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again ."
