"Overall a cool property as far as flow, but was pretty run down and not very clean. The grounds around the house did not appear to have had any maintenance done to them in quite a while. A pressure washing and some coats of paint can go a long way. The stairs coming down from the back deck to the pool area had nail heads popping up in a quite a few places which is never fun when walking around barefoot. "We were so happy with our stay here! The walk to the beach is just minutes away with private beach access. They had a beach wagon & umbrella we used, some of the chairs & boogie boards were broken, so we opted to just use our towels. The House itself had plenty of towels, and each bathroom had soaps, aloe, and linen spray.
