Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in Wallingford, a residential neighborhood in north central Seattle. This family friendly area is located just west of the University of Washington and has a great mix of culture, dining and entertainment. Head to North 45th between Stone Way North and Sunnyside Avenue North to find the largest concentration of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Wallingford is home to Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo and the popular Gas Works Park, a 19-acre green space. In the summer, the park hosts fireworks displays on the 4th of July. There's also an annual parade for children and a sausage festival. Wallingford has limited public transportation.
