"We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend...

"We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. "A typical italian countryside villa beautifully renovated situated in a very pleasant area with a well looked after and relaxing garden and veranda. Spacious bedrooms with useful furniture. Well equipped bathrooms. Spacious sitting room with an open space kitchen with all the necessary tools, pots and pans. The only thing missing was the WiFi, which is much needed in this day and age. Perhaps the host could also improve on the quality of bedding as we found the sheets not to be of very high...

"Our stay at Hortulanus will be forever etched in our memories as one of the greatest in Italy! The views from the property are just breathtaking. Our group of 10 adults was very comfortable; some had to stay on sofa-beds and share bathrooms. Bathrooms are rustic for the most part (true to the pictures), but great water pressure.
