Rooms are dated, breakfast is very average , getting clean towels in your room you would think would be standard in a hotel but we were always having to ask for towels , even a hand towel. Some of the property does need a little updating, but received an upgrade and our room was lovely. Very spacious & a big balcony area to relax. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast had fantastic options to choose from, and all so fresh. We were only there for 5 days, so sadly we did not get to try the in-house dining options, but I am sure we will come back to Bali again.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Its a nice hotel the number of pools to choose from is great and the food was nice! Staff super nice and accomodating, fantastic with my 1 year old aswell. Not much around the hotel with that being the downfall.

Perfect hotel in Seminyak when looking for an affordable yet beautiful stay. The staff were super accomodating and friendly, the food was great including the breakfast and the location was very central to wherever you want to go. There’s also a free shuttle to Seminyak Square and the beach I believe. The rooms are very clean with plenty of complimentary water, coffee etc The spa was gorgeous and so relaxing! Overall, would definitely recommend!

All staff are sensational. Kind and courteous. (Note for The hotel owner - resort needs repairs and maintenance to bring it back to a 5 star level. It’s getting very tired ) . We enjoyed our stay here - the pools are lovely .
