10 mins walk from east exit of sendai station. Onsen is simple, bf is good with excellent variety of either japanese or western, and must be booked on check in. Bed and room quite comfortable

A beautiful new venue with the added value of being convenient to the train station. The front desk team are remarkable. Their level of service are comparable to any hotel in the world. My only note not positive was being unable to have breakfast in a dining room that was empty.

Overall a very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Great location for the station, though on the opposite side of the station to the majority of restaurants and shopping areas. Only real downside is only two elevators for the whole hotel so sometimes you have to wait a bit for them! A very minor thing all things considered.

Easy walk with luggage from Sendia station, just look for the East exit not the North exit. Very nice hotel in every regard but if you want breakfast you need to make a reservation. Staff super polite and helpfull, we'll be back for a longer stay.
