"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. "Lovely property and superb staff but the air con in the room was inefficient , the owners must have been aware of this as there were portable fans in the room. There was also no working TV in my room, staff tried their best but could not get it working. On the second day there was a power outage on the island so all the hotels had problems but the issues above were there from day one. Fix the air con and internet and this place would be perfect."

"This place is beautiful and quiet and well-staffed. We were delayed by two days due to bad weather, but the staff welcomed us with open arms and shifted our dates with no hassle. Our room is clean and comfortable. The pool is fabulous. And the location is convenient to the beach and on a quieter side of the island. Not to be missed is the included breakfast. Wow.
