제주도에서 유럽의 휴양지처럼 고급스러운 여유로움을 느낄 수 있는 곳. 가격이 좀 있지만 그만큼 북적북적하지 않아서 한적한 휴식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 야외 온수풀이 유명하던데 야간 수영할 때는 야외와 이어진 실내 온수풀도 아주 멋졌습니다. 아이가 좋아해서 덩달아 행복했네요. 조식도 훌륭하고 풀사이드 레스토랑도 잘 되어 있어서 밖에 번잡하게 돌아다닐 것 없이 편안하게 호캉스하기에 좋습니다. 정원도 잘 되어 있어서 산책하고 수영하고 때 되면 식사하고.. 나니 휴가가 금방 가네요. 휴양지로서의 제주도를 느끼고 싶은 분들께 추천하며, 재방문 의사 있습니다.

🍼태교여행으로 혼자 가게된 제주도 여행이라서 가서 푹 쉬다 오자는 마음으로 선택하게됐어요 🚌위치가 리조트만 덩그러니 있어서 차없이 가기 걱정스러웠는데 큰길까지 공항버스가 다녀서 무리하지 않고 왔다갔다 할수 있었어요 그리고 오히려 리조트만 있으니까 자연 속에 있는 기분이 들어서 완전 힐링하고왔네요 특별한 이벤트들을 하지 않더라도 맛있는 조식 먹고 산책하고 푹 쉬다 저녁 먹으면서 온수풀에서 물놀이 하고 오니 시간이 금방 가버렸네요 방 상태도 너무 청결하고 갖춰진 어메니티부터 하나하나 신경쓴 곳이라는게 느껴져서 출산 후에 스스로를 위한 보상으로 다시오고 싶다는 생각이 들었네요

제주 호캉스로 추천합니다. 사계절내내 따뜻한 인피니티풀과 신신하고 정갈하고 맛있는 음식들과 친절한 서비스를 받으며 사랑하는 사람들과 힐링의 시간을 가질수 있어요. 사우나와 헬스장까지 완비되어 심심할 틈이 없어요. 키즈룸과 아이들을 위한 풀이 따로 되어있어서 더 즐거운 시간을 즐길수 있답니다.

신상 럭셔리리조트라해서 가봤는데, 룸도 너무 예뻐서 언니랑 사진 오백만장 찍었고, 무엇보다 침대가... 너무 편해서 오랜만에 그렇게 꿀잠을 잤나 싶을 정도로 좋았다. (침대 구매욕구 올라옴) 온수풀에서 인생샷 건지고, 성인전용풀은 사람도 없고 널럴해서 거의 4시간 넘게 우리끼리만 있었던거 같다! 프라이빗한 느낌과 과하지 않은 직원분들의 친절함에 숙박하는동안 마음이 편했다. 다만, 룸 내 샤워실에 컨디셔너 펌프가 고장나있었다. 이 부분은 말하니 즉시 바꿔주셨다. 이부분 외에는 만족했고, 럭셔리리조트라 가격대는 높지만 그만한 값어치를 충분히 하는 곳이라 생각한다.

휴식을 위해 선택한 숙소입니다. 들어갈 때부터 케어를 받고 있다는 느낌이 들어서 너무 좋았어요. 자세한 이용안내는 물론이고 객실을 수영장 이용할지도 미리 여쭤봐주셔서 객실로 이동하는 길에 미리 수영가운을 챙겨 객실로 이동한 점이 참 마음에 들었습니다. 세심한 배려가 느껴졌어요. 객실은 럭셔리한 황금빛과 아이보리톤의 조화가 럭셔리하게 잘 꾸며져있어서 머무는내내 만족했습니다. 다음에 또 휴양하러 오려구요. 추천해요!

그동안 갔던 그 어떤 곳보다 친절, 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 수영장도 너무 좋고요, 사우나, 시설 모두 최고였습니다. 식사도 맛있어요. 메뉴가 뭐하나 버릴게 없는 찐맛집이에요. 인테리어도 좋고, 산책로도 좋아요. 친구와 여행하면서 행복하단말을 몇번이나 했는지 몰라요. 좋은곳을 다녀오니 가족생각이 절로 나더라고요. 그래서 이번에 또 가족과의 여행을 계획하고 있습니다 ㅎㅎ 진심으로 강추!! 그리고 저도 또 갑니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

숙소 내에서 지낼 때 너무 좋았습니다. 침구류도 관리가 잘되어서 뽀송뽀송하니 편하게 숙면을 즐길 수 있었고, 호텔 내부 시설들도 잘 관리되어 즐겁게 즐길 수 있었습니다.(특히 수영장에서는 온수풀로 따뜻하게 수영을 즐길 수 있었습니다.)

부모님과 다녀왔는데 너무 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 생긴지 얼마 안된곳답게 시설은 당연히 만족스러웠는데 직원분들의 서비스도 너무 좋아서 부모님이 내년에도 또 오자고하시더라구요. 그리고 전에도 풀장이 있는 숙소를 이용한적이 있는데 더시에나리조트처럼 온수풀이 아니다보니 온가족이 이용하기는 힘들었는데 부모님 모두 온수풀 제대로 즐기고 오셨어요~ 내년에도 다시 방문하고 후기 남기고싶네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

아이 봄방학이라 제주 온수풀 찾아보다 후기가 좋아 다녀왔어요. 새로 생긴 리조트라 그런지 입구부터 이국적이고 고급스럽고 완전 취저~! 이날 키즈 온수풀은 이용이 안되서 인피니티풀에서 놀았는데 레이저쇼 보기에도 좋고 분위기도 좋아서 오히려 더 좋았어요.해피아워에 무료 군고구마랑 어묵도 야무지게 챙겨 먹었네요. 비스타스위트에 묵었는데 트윈베드에 더블하나 싱글하나라 3인가족이 쓰기 딱 좋고 침구 푹신하고 사각거림 맘에 들어요. 직원들도 친절하고 다 구비되어 있어 딱 몸만가서 호캉스 즐기기 좋은 곳이네요.재방문 의사 200프로입니다. ㅎㅎ

와 일단 너무너무 예쁘고 온수풀이 진짜 뜨끈해서 겨울에 놀기 넘 좋은거 같아요~ 어디에서 찍어도 사진이 다 예쁘게 나오고. 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 좋더라구요~건물 자체도 외국에 온것 같고 내부 시설도 너무 고급져서 있는내내 기분이 좋았어요~ 조식 저녁 브런치 모두 맛있고 별미는 해피아워때 주는 고구마와 오뎅인것 같아여~ 아 수영장에서 먹었던 치킨도 맛있었어요~ 조금 비싼감이 없진 않지만 그만큼 가격뽑는것 같아요 넘넘 잘 놀다갑니다

아이들하고 제주여행와서 이용했어요 7성급답게 깨끗하고 멋진 인테리어 아주 만족합니다 이번 여행은 신랑 없이 아이들만 데리고 왔는데 수영장 직원분께서 남자아이라 여자 탈의실이용이 어려워 옷 갈아입고 나올때까지 봐주셨어요 너무 감사합니다 제가 여행한 기간이 마침 키즈풀이 리뉴얼이 들어가서 이용 못한 것이 아쉽지만 덕분에 인피니티풀에서 멋진 경치 보고 놀았어요 다음에는 친구들끼리 와보고 싶어요

일단 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인이 가능해서 좋았고 직원들이 정말 너무 친절했다 그리고 월컴드링크로 아이스아메리카노와 한라봉에이드 주셨고 룸에 웰컴쿠키 주셨는데 한라봉에이드 너무 맛있어서 기억에 남음. 룸은 엄청 고급진 인테리어와 가구에 일차로 놀라고 푹신한 침구와 침대에 2차로 놀라게 됨. 진짜 이추운 겨울에 뜨끈뜨끈한 온수풀이 엄지척~ 우리남편과 아이는 수영장이아니라 온천하고 온 기분이라며~ 그리고 8시 이후 무료로 무제한 제공되는 어묵과 군고구마도 진짜 너무 맛있어서 두배로 행복해짐. 그리고 무엇보다도 어디를 찍어도 사진이 예술로 나오는 예쁜 리조트여서 숙박내내 즐거웠고 아이가 체크아웃하면서 너무 아쉬워해서 다음에 또 방문할 예정이다

돌전아기와 방문했습니다 비스타스위트에 묵고 아기침대 별도로 대여했어요 아기용품들이 많이 구비가 되어있어서 유모차, 욕조, 소독기 등 이용했어요 대여하다보면 관리가 안된 곳도 있어요 시에나는 무척 깨끗하게 관리되어있었어요. 룸도 거실과 룸이 분리되어있어 아이와 이용하기 무척 좋았습니다. 제가 방문할때 날씨가 갑자기 추워져서 아기와 야외 수영장 이용하기 어려울 줄 알았는데 물이 정말 온수물처럼 따뜻해서 오히려 더울 정도였어요! 머리는 시원하고 물은 따뜻해서 정말 좋았답니다. 오픈한지 얼마 안되서 시설도 깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨어요. 조식도 맛있었는데 쌀국수가 기억에 남아서 또 먹고 싶어요. 돌전 아기는 바나나 과일 등 먹을 수 있고 이유식 챙겨가세요. 전자레인지에 데워주십니다. 또 방문하고 싶어요
