I stayed in the single room with included bathroom for my first night in Seoul. The room had a lofted bed that I am not used to as a Western tourist. The ladder is bolted to the wall next to bed which can be difficult to get into if you have joint issues. Otherwise the room is good for a solo traveler. The included breakfast is toast with topping options and espresso with add ins.

The cleaning needs work; a yellow straw was not even picked up on the bathroom floor when i checked in the first nite. Bath tub showing its age and the hallway carpet is also showing its age. BUT all staff were great and helpful and location was SUPERB!

Excellent staff and housekeeping service. Hotel is very close to the metro station and plenty of shopping from street vendors to high-end luxury stores. Note check in and out is on 17th floor if you visit after hours. Very clean room, private heating/cooling controls, warm bidet, and free water bottles.
