No room service, which was a little wierd for a 5 star hotel. It was lacking the wow factor one looks for from a 5 star hotel. Early checkin is not available.

VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk". Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste) Minimart was basic, but good. -VE: The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain. The housekeeping/maintenance staff obviously have a tough job. Mould in the bathrooms & corners of bedroom. Smelly. Sheets too small for bed, old & discoloured, with a "smell". No TV at all. Not a space we really wanted to return to after a hard day in the national park.
