"We loved our stay! Room was 9/10!! - The room was updated, comfy, large, with a writing table and another small sitting table, large TV with lots of channels, keurig with coffee pods (decaf & caffeine), fridge, microwave, just a short walk to the lobby/restaurant (hotel rooms are in three buildings across the way from the lobby area), in the most beautiful setting possible….. Only issue was that our door handle was damaged and it would not lock when we left the room. Since we weren’t traveling with anything valuable, it didn’t bother us - as we could lock the room while inside. Restaurant was 10/10 - We ate the Peaks (restaurant in wuksachi) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast was a buffet. You can order dishes like a regular breakfast menu, but we chose the breakfast buffet. $21.99 for adults, $12.99 for my 7 yr old, and free for my 4 yr old. They had absolutely so many options!! I do think the gravy & bacon were too salty…. Lunch was pizza & salad. For lunch time, they call it the “Pizza Deck”, and it’s less formal. You stand in line to order and seat & serve yourself. But it’s quick, and you can sit at the restaurant tables and enjoy the beautiful view. Dinner was my favorite and we splurged. French onion soup was divine! Cheeseburger amazing, summer fruit salad as well. My son got the chicken pot pie - so good!!! My husband got the ribeye dinner. We had fruit pie and ice cream for desert. Staff - 11/10. All were amazing!!!! "

"Nos quedamos en el chalet al lado del arroyo, aunque en el momento no tenía agua es hermoso el área. La habitación es un camper decorado en su interior como cabaña. Nos gustó la experiencia ya que buscamos una cabaña para estar una noche de camino a visitar el Sequioas National Park, y este fue una opción económica y accesible. Por la temporada el restaurante estaba cerrado, pero pudimos ir a una pizzería y a Coffee shop como a 9min. Todo estaba limpio, nos tenían harina de café lo que es un buen recibimiento. Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad. El área alrededor y los paisajes bellísimos."

"Great spot to rest if you’re visiting Sequoia. The place next door is cool, has decent dining options and the staff is helpful and knows the area. It covers the basics, nothing fancy, but everything is clean and in good shape."

"We struggled with the lock box, but everything after that was amazing! The hosts were very responsive when we were struggling with the lock box. The cabin is so cozy and has so much character. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to enjoy Sequoia National Park and star gaze!"
