"This is an EXCELLENT boutique-type property and the room has been tastefully and beautifully furnished and is well-appointed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dome 2! We appreciated how close it was to Kings Canyon and all of the features of this unique property. We loved coming back to our our space after a day of hiking - making dinner, sitting under the stars, then climbing into a comfy bed. "This stay was a spectacular serene wilderness getaway. The area was clean and the place felt very secure. The site had gorgeous views. It far exceeded expectations and was the perfect spot to explore the national parks. Would highly recommend!! The driveway was a bit narrow and bumpy so vehicles with low clearance should use caution. "

"The Airstream was a lovely place to stay and was clean and well organized. We were , however very glad that our rental car was a jeep since I am not sure a different vehicle could have made it up the “driveway” to the camper from the main road. The “potholes” were terrible. Also, not being able to drink the water required some advance planning to make sure we had enough bottled water on hand. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay in your Airstream!"
