"We were really happy with our 3 night stay - our kids shared the room with the bunk beds while the two adult couples split up the remaining two rooms. We spent most of our time out at the dock - swimming, fishing and kayaking. Only minor point for improvement is the need for a few more outdoor chairs but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made the experience seamless. We'd definitely book again."

"Cottage was great, very bright and lots of room for five adults. We used the wood burning fireplace every evening, and spent the days on the upper deck which has wonderful views. There was lots of comfortable outdoor seating and the area was very quiet. There is no Wi-Fi but the cell phone reception was very good. The satellite TV had lots of channels. Check in was easy with the key code. We will return. "

Pillows, linens, and beds are basic and adequate. Great air conditioning. Small washer and dryer was a must for two little kids. Host took a while to respond to messages and there were no checkout instructions, even after sending a message, other than depart by 1100 from the checkin message v"

"Our family (ages 1-67) enjoyed a lovely two week stay in this home. It is an older home but has updated bathrooms and appliances and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The house is big enough that our family of 6 adults and two young children had plenty of room to spread out and not feel that we were on top of one another. The real star of star of this property however, is the expansive backyard complete with outdoor seating, dining area, grill, kayaks and lake access. As forewarned, you do...

"Very spacious house with lots of areas for spending time. Everything we needed was provided. Great location & very accommodating host. The back deck & pool were glorious & a campfire to top it off. Lovely time had by all."

"The location is good. Close to the beach and grocery store. The swim area access slippery and rocky so I recommend to bring water shoes. The lake is not too busy with motor boats so we were able to catch some fish. The hosts were nice and responsive. Overall nice stay."

"Three generation of our family really enjoyed our cottage stay. The cottage was well appionted, the access to the lake was easy for all ages and the outdoor space amazing. We only had one rainy day which took us into Gravenhurst for their great famers market; wonderful straberries and corn! Cara was a very attentive host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definetly recommend Richview to other families."
