"Absolutely wonderful!!! It is a little older but interior is like new. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in before in all my 58 years. Grace at the front desk was AMAZING!!! One of the sweetest people you would ever meet and can remember names like crazy. This will be the only place I stay when I go to Sevierville. Rooms are cleaned daily and you have enough towels to take them to the pool and still have plenty to dry on. All I can say is that this place is incredible!!!"

"The beds/pillows were very comfortable - was hard to get out of in the mornings. The entrance to the parking lot was at a red light which made it easier to get in and out of, with all the busy traffic. The lady that checked us in when we arrived at 11:00pm was very nice and energetic. I can’t remember her name but she was so helpful and even gave us recommendations on what to do in the area. Even though several ppl were staying while we were there, the hotel was spacious and quiet! The only thing I would change would be for bacon to have been served at breakfast while we were there 🙂 the entire staff and breakfast staff were nice, friendly, and attentive! "
