"I booked this condo with the previous owner many months back. When the owner contacted me to let me know he had sold the rental, I reached out to the new owner Kathy with the number he provided me. "It was a great stay and communication between the property manager and I was excellent. The only aspect that could use slight improvement was the cleanliness (vents in bathroom and living area did needed cleaning and grout in bathroom was dirty). The pool in the building also did not appear clean. Otherwise was a great stay. "

"This was a comfortable place to stay for our family of 5. It was neat and clean. Our three kids shared the room with 2 queen beds and my husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom. We liked that there were TVs in each room. The kitchen was spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We spent a lot of time on the couch there, looking out at Mt. LeConte. We would stay here again."

"Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean. And listing was accurate. Hosts were very responsive. We had a problem one night with our neighbors being very loud after midnight. "Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had what we needed. Got an email the day of arrival with good check in instructions. The only issue I had is I questioned why I needed to send a pic of my photo I.D. I messaged on VRBO and emailed and they ignored me. I finally gave up and sent it to them to avoid issues. They immediately responded with a thank you confirming they were ignoring my other messages. I hate to leave negative but it’s true. "

"Cabin was great. Everything worked as it should. The big bath tub is in the living room which was a little surprising. Hot tub worked good stayed at 103 degrees. We brought our Roku and I’m glad we did because the tv was a little outdated. But all and all it was a fun cabin to stay in. Just be aware there are bears. We had 5 right outside of the balcony. The cubs were climbing up, it was a good mountain experience."
